new paintings
I have just finished four new paintings which I will deliver to Circa Gallery in Minneapolis tomorrow. Two of these are pictured above-- Glyph (46"x30") on top, and below it Amber (#2) (54"x24." ) ¶ 7:25 PM

I like the linear elements in the Glyph painting -- brings in the ideas you mentioned regarding line, form, and pattern in your earlier post about the photograph of the rock and the plant. I definitely see a connection between Glyph and that photo. Is this a new direction for you?
Thanks, Diane--and I had not seen a connection with the photo before your comment. As for a new direction..well, I can never really predict! but it is certainly something that is interesting to me right now.
